Can China’s Market-Oriented Reform Improve the Efficiency of Industrial Land Use? A Panel Data Empirical Analysis at Prefecture Level From 2007–2019

So low efficiency (ILUE) big challenge besieging at present. Whether market-oriented reform supply (MRIL) launched Chinese government can optimize allocation resources improve ILUE urgent to be addressed Basing panel data 270 prefecture-level cities 2007 2019, we first construct marketization (MIL) examine temporal spatial change MIL each city. Then impact illuminated super-efficient slacks-based measure (SBM) model including desirable undesirable outputs.
